You failed to explain what ingredient in the coconut cream breaks down the kidney stone? Now-a-days there are many people selling many products that are supposed to generate miracle-like results. I am very familiar with coconut oil and only cook wth Garden of Life organic coconut oil. I buy and use Native Forest unsweetened organic coconut milk by the case. I have read the book by Bruce Fife entitled “The Coconut Oil Miracle”. However, this is the first I have heard of coconut cream dissolving kidney stones. Please explain.

First let me say that Renee does a lot more than simply coconut creme – she has a very clean diet of whole foods. That is the number one thing to understand. You can’t eat junk and expect coconut creme to cure you. Why not contact Renee herself and ask her? I was just so tickled that she found this amazˆng hting and it tastes so wonderful… LOL.

    Hi Renee,
I’m one of those folks who grow kidney stones like crazy but also have osteoporosis. Go figure, huh? Would the coconut cream have an adverse effect on my bones?
    Thanks,
    Gary

      Hi Gary,

Get in touch with Renee. She is really wonderful and would be glad to help. Of course, she is not a doctor… LOL. I suppose I have to say that. You know, the AMA has so much power.

      But seriously, talk with Renee.

    2. Dr. Weis says:

      Hi Gary,

Kidney stones and osteoporosis, in fact, go hand-in-hand. They are all too common in countries that eat a rich, western, animal-based diet. Meat, fish, dairy and eggs all increase the acidity of our blood. Our blood must remain a neutral pH of 7.4. The body has well-tuned mechanisms to maintain blood pH. If you consume most of your calories from animal-based foods, and a smaller amount from plant-based, alkaline-forming foods, then your body will be in a state of metabolic acidosis. The body’s response is to leach calcium from your bones. You literally urinate your bones away. Of course all that calcium and animal protein being filtered through your kidneys develops stones. That’s why your urologist probably wants to put you on a low-protein diet, in addition to eliminating acid-forming foods/beverages (soda, for example). You can stop the formation of stones by adopting a whole-food, plant-based diet. It will also reverse the progression of osteoporosis, lower blood pressure, lower serum cholesterol, lose excess weight. You must address the causation of the disease, not treat the symptoms. Best of luck 🙂

      Hi Gary,
There is a really great book available at Amazon books by the title, The PH Miracle, that gives the full explanation of what Dr Weis was saying. It even lays out a whole diet plan to help get you started. That book and the DVD documentary, Forks Over Knives, will completely change how you look at food.
      Have a great day,
      R W Lincoln

A couple comments: Zero info on what is in the coconut cream that makes it different than coconut oil that would have ANY effect on stones? Nothing at all? That’s just weird.
But I thought I’d like to try the product anyway, just for the enjoyment of “raw coconut cream”.
Uh-oh, what do we have here? $29.95 for SHIPPING a 16 oz. jar UPS Ground????????
I checked. It only costs $12.
