______________
Have you ever looked for biodynamically grown herbs and come up dry?
There’s a reason biodynamic herbs are so hard to find.
In this video, Stephanie Syson of Biodynamic Botanicals Herb Farm explains why she’s committed to quality over quantity, why the human touch is so vital to every herb she grows, and why biodynamically grown herbs are so much more potent than organic ones.
The Grow Network is a global network of people who produce their own food and medicine. We’re the coolest bunch of backyard researchers on Earth! We’re constantly sharing, discovering, and working together to test new paths for sustainable living—while reconnecting with the “old ways” that are slipping away in our modern world. We value soil, water, sunlight, simplicity, sustainability, usefulness, and freedom. We strive to produce, prepare, and preserve our own food and medicine, and we hope you do, too!

I agree with Ms. Syson that quality is in fact better than quantity. Thank you. You want to make certain what you are growing, making into medicines and eating carries accurate quality enforcing the others will receive the benefits of the product, ie. Calendula, harvesting the best ones.
