I take the used up coffee grounds from work and put them around my plants or in the compost piles. And let me tell you, those people go through a lot of coffee. My plants are probably awake all night.
I use cow pie compost on everything. My compost pile will be ready for spring planting so I’m not sure how often it will be needed.
