Incredible, short video powerfully demonstrates how good food can transform your life. The balance and reflexes regained by Marjory Wildcraft are amazing. I hear she is going to try to drop into a 6′ high half pipe

and supplemented with Alans bugs…lol
I am 82 years and find that age reversing is a myth but maintaining yourself daily is your quest and not becoming a reclining chair recluse. I have meditated twice daily for 40 years, I exercise 5 times a week on my Total Gym and have not seen a doctor in 40 years.
Two of my friends in their 80’s just passed on a month apart and their lifestyle was very lethargic and that is when atrophy sets in and the body checks out. As the saying goes:”Use it or lose it”
I totally agree with Mr. Severs above. I am 74 and try to eat the fresh foods as much as possible. I live in a small village on a 6 city lot property so I keep busy with mowing and yard and garden work and walk when time permits. I haven’t been to a doctor in 23 years and when people ask and I tell them, they think that is horrible. “You need to go to a doctor” Why? If something isn’t broke it doesn’t need fixed. I eat fresh veggies & fresh fruits & berries, smoothies with probiotics & stay active. I too have friends that have died at an early age with various diseases & the habits we attain are a choice to eat healthier or suffer the consequences. Like I said, I’m 74 but my hair is brunette with hardly any gray in it at all. People think that I am about 55-60.
