Dosage: One dropperful is approximately 1 mL of oil and contains approximately 50 mg of CBD. This is a high-strength, pharmaceutical-grade oil,
and we recommend you start slowly, using only ¼ to ½ of a dropperful initially.
Sublingual: Place the drops under your tongue and let them sit there for at least a minute. This allows the medicine to enter your system without first going through the digestive tract. It also means you can take the drops with or without food.
Storage: Once opened, keep in a cool, dark place. Refrigeration is not required.
